Istros strictly complies with all government guidelines in order to operate safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Where possible to further protect our staff and customers we have added additional measures and we ask our customers, where possible, to comply with our policies to ensure a safe dining experience for all.

 

• At least 1.5m distance between each table

• Hand Sanitizer at both entrances for all customers to sanitize their hands before entering the premises and on all tables

• Hand Sanitizer at 4 locations throughout the restaurant including the entrance to the toilets. We kindly request customers sanitize their hands and wear a mask before entering the toilets

• Suitable cleaning products for toilet seat in each cubicle as well as clear guidelines on how to use the restroom safely and hygienically

​

• All tables and chairs are cleaned with industrial cleaning products, safe for restaurant use and designed to combat COVID – 19, after every customer leaves and before any table is turned over to the next customer

​

• Proper cleaning in line with the guidelines, including steam cleaning, takes place every evening and morning

​

• Distance markers at the bar and cash register to ensure a distance of 1.5m is kept between customers if they find themselves in a queue
