To ensure every guest enjoys the best possible experience, tables are allocated according to availability on the day of your reservation.

 

While we’ll always do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee a specific table or seating area.

Reservation Policy

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Istros! To help us provide the best possible dining experience for all of our guests during the busy summer season, we kindly ask that you note the following:

• Reserved tables will be held for up to 20 minutes after your reservation time. If we haven’t heard from you within this time, your reservation will be treated as a no-show and we may release the table to other waiting guests.

​

• Table allocation: Up to 2 hours for parties of 1–4 guests and up to 2.5 hours for parties of 5 or more.

​

• Reservations are intended for guests joining us dinner. If you'd like to join us for a drink, we would love to see you, however, a reservation cannot be taken. We will welcome you on a walk-in basis. During peak season, a minimum spend of €30 per reserved table applies.
